Filter Media Built For Equipment Makers
Velp has widened its SS filter mesh offering to include 1400 mm wide rolls, finished gas-liquid filter screens and full OEM / ODM manufacturing for filtration equipment brands. The program is aimed at separator, centrifuge, polymer and water treatment manufacturers who need repeatable micron ratings rather than one-off sheets.
Filtration is a specification-sensitive business: a 10% deviation in aperture changes flow rate and separation efficiency. Velp controls aperture by loom calibration and verifies with optical measurement on each production lot, supplying a test report with the shipment.
Program Scope
- Wide rolls - stainless steel filter cloth up to 1400 mm width, reducing welding seams in large filter elements.
- Gas liquid filter screens - pleated and cylindrical screens for coalescers, mist eliminators and gas-liquid separators.
- OEM / ODM service - custom aperture, frame, end cap and connector design built to customer drawings.

Standard export packing uses rolls in PVC sleeve and wooden case, or elements in foam-lined cartons to protect pleats during air freight.
